FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION | Free Initial Consultations are scheduled so we can meet you, your pet(s) and determine what type of services you need and most importantly, to see if our services are a good fit for you. If we agree that our services will fit your needs and desires we will then book your reservation, complete paperwork, collect house key (for pet sitting and other in-home services), and accept payment. Completed paperwork must be received by Pet Sitter before commencement of services. INCOMPLETE paperwork can result in us not being able to provide care so we highly recommend you complete everything to the best of your ability. If you have any questions about the paperwork, please call Kelley ASAP. |

KEY PICK-UP & RETURN ---- KEY FILE ---- GARAGE DOOR OPENER | At your Initial Consultation you should provide working key(s) to your front door and/or other doors. Suggestion: please verify that any key copies work before providing them to us. All NEW CLIENTS will be charged $10 Key Pick-up/Return Fee (plus gas surcharge if applicable). You should contact us to arrange for delivery of your key when you return home. ------------------------------------------------------- We offer a safe and secure Key File for clients who wish to leave their keys with us if we will be providing future services. You are not obligated to use this service, but we encourage it so you do not incur any additional fees Key Pick-up Fees and to make your next service with us quick and easy. ------------------------------------------------------- If your home has an electric garage door, we ask that you leave an opener for emergency purposes, as well as provide a telephone number to a garage door repair/installer, just in case your garage door malfunctions while we're providing services for you. |

PAYMENT | We accept Cash, Money Order and Personal/Business Checks (with approved governernment issued identification). New Clients: 100% due prior to commencement of services Existing Clients: 50% due prior and remainder due within 5 days of service completion. |

| LATE FEES | Complete payment is due no later than 5 days after completion of services unless other payment arrangements have been made between you and Pet Sitter. Please review your Legal Consideration Agreement for complete list of late fees and penalties. |

RETURN HOME POLICY | In order to provide the best service possible to all of our clients, we ask for clients to contact us by telephone when they return home. Should a client not contact us and we deem it necessary to make a follow-up visit to ensure pet(s) and property are safe and secure, a $15 fee (plus regular service fees & gas surcharge if applicable) per visit, will be applied to your account. |

| HOLIDAY SURCHARGE | We observe these holidays: New Years Day - Easter
Mother's Day Memorial Day Father's Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas
A $15 fee (per holiday) will be added to any service requested on the above days. |

GAS SURCHARGE | $.50 per mile will be charged for service areas outside of Muncie. Minimum fee of $5 per trip. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY | We reserve services days, weeks and sometimes months in advance. Should you need to cancel your appointment (and in order for us to fill your reserved time slot) we kindly ask you to call Kelley to cancel. We DO NOT accept cancellations via e-mail or by texting due to technological uncertainties. Please leave a cancellation message on the voice mail if you cannot reach Kelley. She will return your call as promptly as possible. A complete refund will be issued to you if you call Kelley to cancel according to the guidelines above. 50% will be refunded otherwise. |
